Gramin Sarv Kalyan Samiti (Trust) is a registered social organization in the state of Uttarakhand, continuously working since the year 2020 (Regd. No. 487) for the upliftment of economically weaker sections of society. The primary objective of the organization is to provide employment opportunities to unemployed youth, women, and needy individuals in both rural and urban areas, enabling them to become self-reliant.

To achieve this objective, the organization has launched “Mission Rozgar.” This initiative is being implemented across all districts of Uttarakhand, with the aim of creating local employment opportunities and encouraging youth to work within their own regions. The core goal of Mission Rozgar is to provide maximum employment opportunities without requiring large investments, while ensuring a respectable source of income.

Under this scheme, all young men and women who have a minimum educational qualification of 10th pass are eligible to apply. In addition, men and women above 18 years of age, including students, homemakers, and retired individuals, can also participate in this mission. One of the most significant features of Mission Rozgar is that no franchise fee or joining charge is required. Work is assigned based on the individual’s capability and efficiency.

The organization firmly believes in the principle of “More work, more income,” which forms the foundation of this initiative. Interested candidates are encouraged to contact the organization to obtain information about the work opportunities available in their respective areas, so that suitable employment can be provided according to location and time availability.

Under the leadership of Founder/Chairman Mr. Anand Kumar Rana, Mission Rozgar is progressing successfully. His vision is to ensure that no youth in Uttarakhand feels discouraged due to unemployment, and that everyone gets an opportunity to live a dignified and self-reliant life.
